"Bus Stop" Opens on Friday

Don’t miss the Winder-Barrow Community Theatre production of “Bus Stop” by William Inge. This comedy will run two weekends starting on Friday, October 23rd at 7:30 pm. The Friday & Saturday shows start at 7:30 and the Sunday matinees are at 3:00 pm. Tickets can be purchased in advance for the low price of $10 for seniors, students & teachers. Adults are $12.50 in advance. Tickets at the door are $14 and $17. Purchase your tickets in advance at Winder City Hall (770-867-3106) or at Pam Veader’s State Farm Insurance Office at 41 S. Center Street in Winder (770-867-1679).

The community service recipient for this show will be The Winder-Barrow Coalition for Adult and Continuing Education. A portion of every ticket price will be donated to be used to help provide GED and English Literacy book scholarships and other needed items. Please support WBCT and the Coalition by attending the show.

2010 Season tickets are now on sale at all ticket locations. The Season ticket includes the four Main Stage productions and will also provide a 5th ticket that can be used at any other WBCT production during the year (children’s show, Christmas, etc.). The price can’t be beat at only $40 for seniors, students & teachers and $50 for adults. The Season Ticket gives you FIVE tickets for the individual price of THREE tickets. What a deal!

The WBCT Christmas show will be “The Little Town of Christmas” on the first weekend of December. Be sure to mark your calendars and attend this great family show to get your holiday season off to a wonderful start. Prices for the Christmas show will be $5.00 for children ages 12 and under and only $10 for ages 13 and up. Tickets for this show will go on sale in November.
